Romulan Ale
Despite its popularity among Starfleet officers, this highly intoxicating beverage is illegal in the Federation. It is blue in colour, and the hue ranges from pale to dark, depending on its vintage. The drink was briefly legal in the Federation during the Dominion War, as the Romulans were an ally during this period. Although it is not named in the episode, the first appearance of this drink is in The Enterprise Incident.
Ingredients
1 fifth Blue Curacao
1 pt. Smirnoff 100 vodka
6 oz. Amaretto di Saronno
6 oz. sweet vermouth
3 oz. Midori or melon liqueur
Directions
Combine ingredients in a bottle. Chill in freezer for two hours. Serve in shot glasses. Enjoy.
