A Space Oddity.March 27th, 2011
A section on the 2009 CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode A Space Oddity has been added to the Satire article.
Also, five new tunes appear in the Jukebox, including two from William Shatner. Like Leonard Nimoy, the Shat is also 80 years old this year, and still kicking. Celebrate with a hearty round of Mr. Tambourine Maaaaaan~ !
New Layout!July 10th, 2010
Been a while since we’ve had a proper update around here, but we’re back with a brand new layout inspired by the planet Vulcan. Additionally, screencaps for The Enemy Within have been added to our gallery, with more to come in the very near future. We’d also like to wish Zachary Quinto a very belated happy birthday even though it was all the way back on June 2. We hope you’ve been having a great summer, check back with us soon for more updates!
Music from outer space.April 17th, 2010
OpenTape has been installed, replacing the old music page.
You can listen to great Star Trek music directly in your browser with our Jukebox feature. (Opens new tab.) This is much more fun than just downloading files, providing instant satisfaction. And what is more satisfying than Spock Thoughts or the “fight music” or Klingon battles? Not much, let me tell you.
Slash article.March 1st, 2010
An article on Slash has been added to the Fandom section, objectively (but wittily) covering a particular fan fiction phenomenon.
Episode Guide pictures, music, and icons.January 29th, 2010
Small images (just like those included in the Spock and World section articles) have been added to all the Episode Guide pages. They make the text blocks more colourful, one hopes.
There’s a new album to download in Music. This page no longer contains just a smattering of random tracks – it now operates like a “album of the month” club. Most often, soundtracks will feature. (Though I’m sure Nimoy’s fabulous vocal performances will be along too.)
And lastly, there are eight new LJ Icons to check out, including a couple from the Animated Series and a couple zany Kirk ones. Fun!
